Katherine Anteney – Linocut Workshop

Katherine Anteney is an artist printmaker based in Southampton. She works primarily in linocut and letterpress which she prints on an Albion press in her garden studio. You can see her work at www.katherineanteney.co.uk

Katherine has been teaching printmaking techniques to adults and children for over 20 years. She was a co-founder of Red Hot Press in Southampton and currently works as a part-time Technical Instructor in Printmaking at Solent University, Southampton. 

Katherine runs fun and informal workshops where everyone leaves with a finished print and a sense of achievement, and the skills to carry on printing.

In this one day workshop, you will learn the whole process from planning your initial print through to printing, with lots of tips and tricks along the way. You will end up with a small edition of A6 black and white prints.
